Currently unobtainable, but you previously got Honeysuckle seeds by completing all 30 recipes in Bizzy Bear's quest during the Bizzy Bee Event. Later, it became craftable using 1 Pink Lily seed, 1 Purple Dahlia seed, and 80 Honey (with a 24-minute craft time) and sold in the cosmetics shop.
