Available through the Prehistoric Event, this egg allows players to hatch exclusive dinosaur pets that add unique abilities to their gardens. Hatching a Dinosaur Egg takes 4 hours and 16 minutes, requiring a bit of patience for the chance to unlock one of six remarkable pets, including the mighty T-Rex!

Get the Dinosaur Egg in Grow a Garden
To obtain a Dinosaur Egg, you can either trade an existing hatched pet with Graham at the Dinosaur Egg DNA Station, located at the heart of the gardens, or complete daily Dino Track quests assigned by Blaire at the Prehistoric quest station opposite Graham. Blaire’s quests refresh periodically, so if you don’t see a Dinosaur Egg or find a quest too challenging, check back after the reset for another chance. No Sheckles are required, making this an accessible and rewarding feature for all players!
The most effective pets to trade for a Dinosaur Egg are those that are easy to acquire, such as the Dog, Bunny, and Golden Lab.
