Overview
The Primal Egg is a recent addition to the popular Roblox farming simulator, Grow a Garden, introduced in the Pet Mutation update on July 12, 2025. This limited-time, exclusive egg gives players the chance to hatch one of six unique prehistoric pets, each with its own set of traits designed to enhance gameplay.
The Primal Egg has a distinct appearance, featuring a white shell with a brown stripe and bone decorations. It takes 4 hours and 10 minutes to hatch.

How to Obtain a Primal Egg
There are a few ways for players to get their hands on a Primal Egg:
- Crafting: The most direct method is by crafting. To do so, players must first reach the third stage of the DNA machine upgrades. The recipe calls for 1 Dinosaur Egg, 1 Bone Blossom, and 5,500,000 Sheckles. The crafting process itself takes 30 minutes.
- Purchasing with Robux: For those willing to spend real-world money, Primal Eggs can be purchased directly from the in-game shop.A single egg costs 149 Robux.
