It can receive enhancements from a Nihonzaru to reduce its cooldown by 6 seconds and increase the time advanced by 3 seconds. Medium toys offer a cooldown reduction of 80 seconds and an 8-second time boost, while small toys provide half the benefits of medium ones.

The Golem was the first pet designed to assist with pet mutations by advancing machine time. It takes about 80 seconds to travel from the first slot to the mutation machine and back, or 40 seconds from the last slot, and performs a 12-second animation at the machine.
